Sr. Customer Service Representative - position available
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business in all aspects, quote all products we offer, remarketing of policies
- Portal processing of all new policies, endorsements and cancellations on insurer web based portals, must be comfortable in this environment
- Ability to quote on Powerquote system and work within Powerbroker BMS
- Cross sell other lines of business
- Must be experienced in personal lines, products knowledge
- Previous personal lines insurance brokerage experience IS REQUIRED.
- minimum 7-10 years experience as a RIBO licenced personal lines insurance broker comfortable and experienced in a client service role in an insurance brokerage ONLY
- minimum 7-10 Years of insurance knowledge
- current RIBO licence in good standing
- proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook
- detailed and task orientated, organized and customer service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Excellent time management, punctuality and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects and deadlines and works well in a team environment
